How long does registration take?
The digital application can be completed within minutes. License plates ordered before 1 PM are shipped the same day. Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days.
Which documents are required?
This depends on the application type. Typical documents include ID, registration certificates Part I and II, an eVB number and plate security codes where applicable. The application shows every required field.
How does payment work?
After submitting the application, you are redirected to secure Stripe checkout. Payment is required before processing starts.
Can I order license plates directly?
Yes. You can order license plates with standard shipping included. We stamp and dispatch them according to your selection.
What happens if documents are missing?
We contact you if a document is missing or information is unclear. Processing continues as soon as everything is complete.
Are export or short-term registrations available?
Export registrations are not yet available online. Short-term registrations and the matching insurance will be re-enabled once the process has been fully approved.
How do I receive my documents?
Digital certificates are provided in the status area. Physical documents and license plates are sent by post where the registration process requires them.
Can I change information after submission?
Contact us as early as possible. Whether a change is still possible depends on the current processing status.
