Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice.
We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Important: services that begin immediately
Our service processes and transmits a vehicle registration application to the Federal Motor Transport Authority through the large-customer interface. It is a service that normally begins immediately and is completed within a short period, particularly through electronic transmission of the application data to the KBA.
Expiry after full performance under Section 356(5) BGB
The right of withdrawal expires early once the service has been fully performed, provided that when entering into the contract you:
- expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and
- confirmed that you understand your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service.
Practical effect:
The service is fully performed once your application data has been sent to the Federal Motor Transport Authority.
From that point, withdrawal from the contract is no longer possible.
If you do not consent to immediate performance
Notice: Without your express consent to immediate performance, we may not transmit the application to the KBA before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
In that case, performance begins only after the period expires, provided you have not withdrawn.
Proportionate payment for services performed
If you asked us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, as is usual and necessary for registration applications, and withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you must pay a reasonable amount for the part already performed.
This amount corresponds to the proportion of services performed up to the time you notify us of withdrawal compared with the full scope of services under the contract.
